The Practice Coordinator (PC) serves as a key member of the administrative team and represents the practice as a welcoming and professional point of contact for patients, providers, and staff. The PC works closely with administrative, clinical, and management teams to support day-to-day practice operations, deliver excellent customer service, and assist with customer service recovery and intervention efforts.
