Job Description
Involves analytical studies on a variety of policies, projects, programs and issues in support of a function, research initiative, program and / or organizational unit, or in research of new or changing systems and programs. Assists in policy and program planning, development, administration, management and implementation; interprets, monitors and analyzes information regarding policies and procedures and provides consultative services to department administrators and other stakeholders.

Experienced professional who knows how to apply theory and put it into practice with in-depth understanding of the professional field; independently performs the full range of responsibilities within the function; possesses broad job knowledge; analyzes problems / issues of diverse scope and determines solutions.

Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Primarily deals with policies, programs and proposals which are complex in nature and diverse in scope. Develops new programs, policies or procedures for possible implementation.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a paradigm-shifting global health initiative. As the central administrative hub for a large-scale, multi-site consortium, you will bridge the gap between academic clinical research, complex bioinformatics workflows, and international regulatory frameworks. Given the geographically distributed nature of the team, this role requires exceptional independence, self-direction, and the ability to thrive in a remote, virtual collaborative environment.
