Job Description
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Req / Pref Advanced skills providing individual, group and family cognitive behavioral therapy. Req In-depth knowledge of applicable laws and ethical standards associated with profession. Req Advanced knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. Req Advanced verbal and written communication. Demonstrated active listening, persuasion and counseling skills. Req Advanced skills in collaborating with heath care providers in a multi-disciplinary setting. Req Knowledge of business software, specialized applications and EHR systems used in behavioral health clinics / clinical departments. Req Advanced crisis assessment skills and de-escalation Req Education Req / Pref Master's degree in related area and 3+ yrs related work experience; and/or equivalent experience. Required
