>linic. As a Physician Assistant on the night shift , you’ll care for patients with complex burn inju 
>ries across the continuum of care while working as an integral member of an interprofessional team t

>tensive burn care, patients requiring complex medical management, as well as follow up management of

8Required Qualifications: - A minimum one year of recent experience working in Acute or Critical Care6 
> as a Physician Assistant - Demonstrated excellence in the following areas: clinical practice, commu 
>nication, clinical case management, leadership/problem identification/resolution, and teaching. - Fl 
>exibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations. Preferred Qualifications: - A min 
>imum of 2 years of recent experience as an Inpatient Physician Assistant in an academic medical cent 
>er. Licensure/Certification: - Active and current California Physician Assistant License (PA) - Cali 
>fornia driver’s license (CDL) if required for position - Current national board certification (NCCPA 
>) by first day of work and maintain - Active DEA registration with Schedules 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, and 5  
>to a California address - Completion of an AAPA recognized graduate master’s degree program as a phy 
>sician assistant - Submit enrollment with CMS Medicare and Medicaid through the credentialing proces 
>s by first clinical day - Current AHA BLS - Current AHA ACLS UCSF Medical Center and Campus requires 
> certain healthcare providers to be credentialed. In most cases this is done through its Office of M 
>edical Affairs & Governance (OMAG) prior to the first working day. Credentialing and approval of the 
> Standardized Procedures takes between 60-90 days but can vary.
