>ations, artist names, titles, media, and labels; organizing and maintaining the art database in Smar 
>tsheet; transferring records from paper files to Box and Smartsheet; confirming artwork locations in 
> on- and off-site storage; inspecting storage areas and recommending opportunities for consolidation 
>; researching missing collection information; identifying missing labels; and documenting visible ar 
>twork damage.

5Required Qualifications - High school graduation and two years of related administrative experience;4 
> or an equivalent combination of education and experience; - Experience with Smartsheet program - St 
>rong computer skills and experience with all Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel,  
>PowerPoint, etc) - Attention to detail and understanding of multi-step procedures - Ability to set p 
>riorities under pressure - Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, and abili 
>ty to coordinate with multiple stakeholders - Ability to communicate effectively with staff across U 
>CSF Real Estate and other departments - Ability to engage knowledgeably with artworks, artists, mate 
>rials, and artistic concepts
