>e providers, collaborating with clinicians on drugs of choice and therapeutic plans, ensuring access

>in the inpatient pharmacy setting managing specific patient population if applicable. Depending on t 
>he assigned shift and site, the Clinical Staff Pharmacist II may also oversee pharmacy technicians t 
>o facilitate insurance authorizations for medications, as well as prepare and dispense prescription

5Required Qualifications • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent degree as determined by t
>he National Board of Pharmacy. Preferred Qualifications • Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Phar 
>macy Residency, or at least 3 years of inpatient/acute care pharmacy experience. • Advanced practice 
> board certification, such as a Board of Pharmacy Specialty certification, AAHIVP, or equivalent. •  
>Experience participating in pediatric and adult emergency situations. Required Licenses/Certificatio 
>ns • Current license in good standing to practice pharmacy in the State of California. • Current Bas 
>ic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
