| > | macy Residency, or at least 3 years of inpatient/acute care pharmacy experience. • Advanced practice | ||||
| > | board certification, such as a Board of Pharmacy Specialty certification, AAHIVP, or equivalent. • | ||||
| > | Experience participating in pediatric and adult emergency situations. Required Licenses/Certificatio | ||||
| > | ns • Current license in good standing to practice pharmacy in the State of California. • Current Bas | ||||
| > | ic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. | ||||
