5Required Qualifications: - Under minimal supervision, function primarily as a scrub and/or circulati4 
>ng nurse within the Operating Room. - Completion of AORN Periop 101 with 2 years experience or 5 yea 
>rs experience in the Operating Room of a level 3 or 4 Acute Care Facility - Current experience in th 
>e Operating Room of an acute care setting - Proficiency, ability to independently circulate, in at l 
>east 3 of the following services: General Surgery, Neurology, Orthopedics/Spine, Otolaryngology/Airw 
>ay, GU, Plastics, Ophthalmology, Cardiac. - Excellent verbal and written skills. Must be well organi 
>zed and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and work independently and under pressure. -  
>Basic computer keyboard skills and general PC knowledge. - Must be well organized and detail oriente 
>d with the ability to multi-task and work independently and under pressure. - Required On-Call commi 
>tment - This position requires flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations P 
>referred Qualifications: - General Surgery, Ortho/Spine, Neuro, Cardiac experience desired - CNOR -  
>BSN Preferred - Proficient in Scrubbing role in at least 2 of services listed above - Experience in  
>Level 1 Trauma hospital - Charge Nurse experience Licenses/Certifications: - Current licensure as a  
>Registered Nurse in the State of California. - Current healthcare provider CPR certification - Activ 
>e American Heart Association PALS Certification
