t4Qualifications:t3 The adult infusion Clinical Nurse II delivers direct patient care to an assigned adult infusion out
 >patient population. This nurse is experienced and highly skilled with an in-depth knowledge and unde

5REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Two (2) or more years of recent RN clinical Oncology Nursing experience. -
> 2 years adult outpatient infusion and 6 months Peds Hematology/Oncology experience. - Experience ad 
>ministering infusions, pain management, transfusion therapy, hydration, etc. - Knowledge and ability 
> essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to this position - Demonstrates evid 
>ence of basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of complex patients such as oncology a 
>nd a high degree of attention to detail - Must demonstrate observational skills and the ability to s 
>et priorities. Ability to function independently and effectively with shifting priorities and consid 
>erable pressure - Must be able to function under stress and with strong interpersonal and communicat 
>ion skills - Must demonstrate effective skills in applying hospital standards in area of service, te
