| > | t care experience with a minimum of 2 years in a relevant multi-disciplinary specialty setting, with | ||||
| > | in the past 5 years, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Minimum of 40 hours of | ||||
| > | professional development activities, 50% of which are continuing education units (CEUs) or relevant | ||||
| > | academic coursework. The remainder can include mentoring, Grand Rounds, independent reading, etc. - | ||||
| > | Prior experience as a clinical preceptor and prior experience teaching to a wide variety of audienc | ||||
