5REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Completion of a recognized/accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program
> (includes hands-on training period during externship), or an equivalent combination of education an 
>d experience. • Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a Pharmacy Technician in hospitals or health ca 
>re, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATION • Pharmacy Tec 
>hnician Certification CPhT • Preferred candidates with at least two years of I.V. Additives experien 
>ce • Knowledge of USP 797/800 standards, hazardous and aseptic IV techniques for sterile compounding 
> • Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint software programs, Pyxis machine, and Primary Engin 
>eering Control (PEC) REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS • Licensed Pharmacy Technician by the Californ 
>ia Board of Pharmacy and in good standing.
