>l record (Epic).  The candidate will also perform other duties as assigned. The CSW I/II should poss 
>ess a basic understanding of the DSM V mental health diagnostic criteria, Harm Reduction principles, 
> Trauma Informed Care and Anti-Racism. Working with diverse and multicultural teams, clients, and co 
>mmunity, the incumbent will participate and contribute to culturally focused clinical interventions  
>and will practice a commitment to cultural humility and anti-racism. The Supportive Housing Teams ha 
>ve a two hour weekly clinical team meeting where we foster a supportive learning and working environ 
>ment by engaging in clinical trainings, sharing community resources, peer support, and presenting cl 
>ients to the team for feedback and support. There is also an hour of clinical supervision weekly to  
>each clinician. The job will involve the ability to lift 50 lbs, walking several miles a day and cli

>of acute psychiatric care and the only San Francisco provider of psychiatric emergency care. The Cli 
>nical Social Worker I/II (CSW) provides comprehensive psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention a 
>nd 5150 services, counseling, brief therapeutic interventions, consultation, education, outreach, co 
>mmunity linkages, and facilitates the plan of care for patients with a particular focus on high-risk 
> populations. Additionally the incumbent provides mental status examinations and diagnoses using the 
> Diagnostic Statistical Manual (DSM5-TR); consultation to a multi-disciplinary treatment team; acts  
>as liaison to hospital and community resources; maintains client records according to California Sta 
>te Medi-Cal and San Francisco City and County requirements; record data as required by Department of

5MINIMUMUM REQUIREMENTS: - CSW I: Master’s degree in social work, psychology or related field from an4 
> accredited university and registered with the Board of Behavioral Science as An Associate Clinical  
>Social Worker (ACSW) or Intern Marriage Family Therapist (IMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Cou 
>nselor, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; and knowledge and abilities essent 
>ial to the successful performance of the duties assigned to the position; - CSW II (in addition to t 
>he above): Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field from an accredit 
>ed university and possession of the requirements necessary for application for licensure as determin 
>ed by the California Board of Behavioral Science or an equivalent combination of education and exper 
>ience; and knowledge and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to 
> the position. - Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with others. Ability to 
> work in a high stress, high volume area and work well under pressure and with deadlines. Ability to 
> follow oral and written instructions accurately, and be detailed oriented. Able to efficiently prep
