5Required Qualifications: - Two (2) years of PA, laparoscopic surgical, and surgical assisting experi
>ence License/Certification : Active and current California Physician Assistant License (PA). Califor 
>nia driver’s license (CDL) if required for position. Hold current national board certification (NCCP 
>A) by first day of work and maintain. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Registration with Schedu 
>les 2, 2N, 3, 3N, 4, and 5 registered to a California address Graduation from a PA Program accredite 
>d by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the PA (ARC-PA). Submit enrollment with CM 
>S Medicare and Medicaid through the credentialing process by first clinical day. Current AHA BLS. Cu 
>rrent AHA ACLS. UCSF Medical Center and Campus requires certain healthcare providers to be credentia 
>led. In most cases this is done through its Office of Medical Affairs & Governance (OMAG) prior to t 
>he first working day. Credentialing and approval of the Standardized Procedures takes between 60-90  
>days but can vary.
