>king Manager/Supervisor, the Parking Representative will perform a variety of job functions within t 
>he Transportation Department. The primary job functions include valet, customer service ambassador,  
>garage rover, traffic director and parking enforcement officer. The Parking Representative will act  
>in accordance with departmental procedures and standards for the department’s daily operations and p 
>rocedures set forth in the Transportation Department Operations manual. The incumbent will also act  
>as an ambassador and/or greeter for Transportation programs and services as needed. Parking Represen 
>tative must be willing to work at any assigned UCSF location on short notice and must be able to wor 
>k overtime as needed. The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals base 
>d on UC policy. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including

t4Qualifications:t3Under general supervision of the Parking Manager/Supervisor, the Parking Representative will perform

5Required Qualifications: - High School diploma/GED or an equivalent combination of education and wor4 
>k experience - Valid California Driver’s License and an excellent driving record required; no licens 
>e restrictions other than for corrective lenses (applicants are required to present a current copy o 
>f their DMV record with their application/resume).Class C with CA DMW H6 Driving Record Report - Abi 
>lity to read, write, and communicate clearly and effectively - Ability to operate manual, automatic, 
> and electric vehicles in and out of tight parking spaces quickly and efficiently - Possess basic co 
>mputer skills for valet operations administrative duties - Perform basic mathematical calculations - 
> Demonstrated ability to work in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner with the public, fa 
>culty, staff, and co-workers and to function well under period of stress. - Demonstrated record of e 
>xceptional attendance, punctuality, and excellent customer service. - Act in accordance with organiz 
>ational policies, procedures, and standards. Preferred Qualifications: - Two year valet and/or relat 
>ed parking industry work experience - Experience in customer service - Experience working in a healt 
>h or medical center related environment
