>ogy practice. They are required to learn and be able to assist in procedures. They are required to a 
>dhere to the Telephone and House Standards as adopted by UCSF. The Rehabilitative aide actively part 
>icipates in departmental and organizational programs, including performance improvement activities,  
>inservices and staff development activities. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS Supervises no staff

5REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - High School graduation and two years of related experience or an equivalen4 
>t combination of education and experience; - This position requires flexibility to orient and work a 
>t all UCSF Medical Center locations. - Prior clinical based experience requiring interaction with pa 
>tients. - Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing. - Ability to re 
>cognize signs of distress. - Possession of or proven eligibility for CPR certification. - Basic comp 
>uter skills in word processing and online communication. - Possession of excellent interpersonal, ti 
>me management, problem solving, and self-initiation skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATION - Prior outpatie 
>nt patient care experience working with sports medicine, orthopedic and neurologic patients in an in 
>terdisciplinary team. - Prior experience working in an academic medical center environment. - Colleg 
>e degree in a related field. - Holds advanced certifications such as ATC, CSCS, or other relevant pr 
>ofessional certification. - Knowledge of basic medical terminology. - Ability to use Excel. - Knowle 
>dge of rehab equipment including modalities, Alter-G, BTE, TRX, treadmill, body weight harness. REQU 
>IRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS Current American Heart Association BLS-CPR certification
