4Qualifications:
5REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - 3 years’ ambulatory or acute care RN experience in Cardiovascular nursing 
>including heart failure disease management. - Strong MS Office computer skills (word, excel, power p 
>oint), databases - Excellent organizational skills, proficiency in meeting deadlines, ability to wor 
>k independently and collaboratively with colleagues, prioritize workload and manage numerous concurr 
>ent tasks in high stress environments - Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skil 
>ls - The flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations, (ambulatory and acute  
>care-for patients requiring education and care coordination while hospitalized) PREFERRED QUALIFICAT 
>ION - Bachelor’s degree in nursing - Master’s degree in nursing - Working knowledge in assessing adv 
>anced heart failure, heart transplant - Experience with managing and adjusting heart failure medicat
