5REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum two years of recent RN clinical experience in an adult operation r4 
>oom in an out-patient setting. - This position requires flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF M 
>edical Center locations. - Possession of the legal requirements to practice as a Registered Nurse as 
> determined by the California Board of Registered Nursing and knowledge and abilities essential to t 
>he successful performance of the duties assigned to the position. - Proficiency ability to independe 
>ntly circulate all case types within at least three of the following services:Ophthalmology/Cornea/R 
>etina,GYN/Robotic,GU/Robotic,GeneralSurgery/Robotic, OHNS/Airway, MIS SPINE. PREFERRED QUALIFICATION 
> - BSN - CNOR - Proficient in Scrubbing role in at least 2 of the services listed above. - ACLS; - R 
>N sedation REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS - Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State o 
>f California - Current healthcare provider CPR BLS or ACLS certification
