5Required: - Bachelor’s degree in related area; and/or equivalent experience/training - Minimum 1 yea4 
>r of related experience - Demonstrated technical skills and knowledge of Macintosh and PC hardware s 
>ervers peripherals and software - Proven ability to install configure and upgrade desktop systems -  
>Knowledge of wide area and local networks and the ability to troubleshoot problems and coordinate -  
>Ability to set up and install programs - Ability to diagnose problems and determine if they are hard 
>ware software or network and coordinate solutions - Excellent communication skills and ability to in 
>struct/train users - Server file sharing, Application management. Active Directory
