4Qualifications:
5Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in related area and three (3) years of related work experience OR 
>HS Diploma and seven years (7) equivalent experience / training. - Interpersonal skills including ve 
>rbal and written communication, active listening, critical thinking, persuasiveness, advising and co 
>unseling skills. - Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality, and work onsite in San Fr 
>ancisco. Preferences: - Strong skills in short-term planning, analysis, problem-solving, and custome 
>r service. - Thorough knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques, and / or human resou 
>rces policies and procedures for staff and academic employees. - Familiarity with law enforcement op 
>erations and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with law enforcement agencies. - Thorough
