>protocol specific treatments and assure collection and shipment of samples; assist research personne 
>l to keep patients on study schedules; complete study forms to submit to sponsors and/or appropriate 
> agencies; collect, enter and clean data into study databases, maintaining data quality; assist with 
> data analysis; assist with preparation of reports and tables; attend team meetings; and perform oth 
>er duties as assigned. Department Overview: This position is to support a study in its day-to-day op 
>erations at Benioff Children’s Hospital. It is a limited 20% position with variable study activities 
> at time there are times when you will be needed to work in person at the hospital from approximatel 
>y 5pm-9pm when participants are in the pediatric cardiac ICU. Other times there are flexible hours t 
>hat can be completed remotely. After orientation, you will be expected to work independently with co 
>nsultation from the principal investigators.

5Required Qualifications: Qualifications that must be possessed by any candidate to be considered for4
