5Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / trainin4 
>g. - Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience. - 3+ years of experience in UC, other univer 
>sity Academic Personnel services or related experience with high level HR activities and/or equivale 
>nt combination of education and experience. - Ability to apply/interpret system wide and campus poli 
>cies and procedures which govern academic personnel & HR. - Ability to communicate effectively with  
>diverse audience both verbally and in writing. - Demonstrated skill in prioritizing competing work a 
>ssignments and integrating information to determine appropriate courses of action and their implicat 
>ions. Preferred Qualifications - Has a strong understanding of compensation policies, CBA, and proce 
>dures governing academic employees and health sciences compensation plans for client schools/departm 
>ents, funding requirements and implications for academic and postdoc employees.
