4Qualifications:
5Required Qualifications: - Minimum three (3) years of total RN experience. - Minimum one (1) year of
> oncology nursing experience (medical oncology, infusion oncology, or hematology/oncology) within th 
>e last 3 years, including experience caring for patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targ 
>eted therapy, and/or biologic agents and managing treatment-related toxicities, including immune-rel 
>ated adverse events. - Minimum one (1) year outpatient or ambulatory RN experience within the last t 
>wo (2) years. - Demonstrated clinical judgment in the assessment and management of oncology treatmen 
>t-related symptoms, patient education, and care coordination in the ambulatory setting. - Demonstrat 
>ed knowledge, abilities, and clinical judgment essential to the successful performance of the duties 
> assigned to the position. - This position requires flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medic 
>al Center locations. - This position requires flexibility to perform other duties as operationally n 
>eeded. Preferred Qualifications: - Two (2) or more years of recent oncology nursing experience in th
