>includes support to our medical directors as well as our clinical faculty, fellows, and staff. Furth 
>ermore, the administrative coordinator will be expected to work onsite, and will assist in special p 
>rojects/assignments as they arise. Other assignments could include but not limited to coordinating s 
>tate mandated time studies, managing division’s mail, coordinating various division meetings, purcha

5Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / traini4 
>ng. - Minimum 1 year of related experience - Demonstrated oustanding analytical, written verbal and  
>communcation skills in previous administrative positions - Demonstrated independent organizational a 
>nd management skills in previous administrative positions - Experience with complex scheduling and c 
>alendaring - Experience with supporting leadership and/or executive roles Preferred Qualifications:  
>- Experience with financial records and systems. - Familiarity with UCSF systems. - Experience in a  
>laboratory setting. - Experience with human resources processes.
