>adiology Imaging IT team architects, implements, and manages the computer systems and networks neede 
>d to support more than 700,000 imaging studies annually. The Imaging IT team manages a complex appli 
>cation portfolio and end-user support. The Imaging IT portfolio supports over 28 imaging application 
>s and over 100 diagnostic workstations. The team collaborates with cross-functional departments dail 
>y to deploy various imaging IT projects and workflows. The team provides Monday -Friday 8am to 5pm s 
>upport including evening and weekend call to support the Medical Center needs.

5REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training. -4 
> 5-7 years of Imaging IT support experience - Broad and/or in-depth knowledge of 4-5 areas of focus  
>in clinical applications specialty area(s). Knowledge of systems and functions, including design, de 
>velopment, implementation, user support and training, maintenance, quality assurance, and system tes 
>ting and evaluation. - Working knowledge of the operations of Clinical Imaging IT systems and the po 
>licies, processes, and practices involved with managing, storing, and transferring medical images/da 
>ta – including DICOM and HL7. - Working knowledge of operations and documentation protocols, with de 
>monstrated analytical skills and the ability to work effectively on teams to test and evaluate syste 
>m performance, and implement new programs, upgrades, and hardware. - Working knowledge of installing 
>, configuring and trouble-shooting operating system and application software on Microsoft Windows co 
>mputer systems. Employee should be able to connect via SSH,VNC and RDP to remotely manage Windows, L 
>inux, and Unix systems, to remotely diagnose problems and perform file management functions. - Knowl 
>edge of security programs. Familiarity with DICOM communication language and transfer syntaxes, SOP  
>classes, and compression types. - Strong background in Vendor Neutral Archive, Enterprise Viewers, D 
>iagnostic Viewers, Worflow Orchestartors, Radiation Dose management solutions, DICOM Routers, post p 
>rocessing systems, and AI tools - Strong problem-resolution skills, with the ability to quickly diag 
>nose problems, and develop, test, and implement appropriate and effective solutions in a timely mann 
>er. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train, support, and work collabor
