5MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - CSW I: Master’s degree in social work, psychology or related field from an a
>ccredited university, registered or eligible to register with the California Board of Behavioral Sci 
>ences (as ASW, AMFT, or APCC), and knowledge and abilities essential to the successful performance o 
>f the duties assigned to the position. - CSWII: Master’s degree in social work, psychology or relate 
>d field from an accredited university and possession of the requirements necessary for application f 
>or licensure (as LCSW, LMFT or LPCC) as determined by the California Board of Behavioral Science; an 
>d knowledge and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to the posi 
>tion. - Strong interpersonal skills that promote effective work and collaboration with individuals o 
>f diverse backgrounds in multicultural environments. - Clear, well-organized oral and written commun 
>ication skills. - Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately; detail oriented. Abili 
>ty to set priorities, work independently, follow up reliably, and efficiently meet deadlines. Abilit 
>y to work in a high stress area and apply sound judgment when under pressure. - Ability to quickly l 
>earn, use, and problem-solve, electronic health records, and digital applications and devices. - Exp 
>erience working in behavioral health or medical settings with ability to further learn concepts and  
>terminology pertinent to behavioral health services. - Demonstrated skills in evidence-based, cultur 
>ally responsive, trauma-informed individual and group substance use counseling, with clients with su 
>bstance use disorders, serious mental illness and disruptive behaviors. - One year providing clinica 
>l or case management services to adults with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorders.  
>- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a variety of environments, including street, low-income  
>housing, jail and hospital settings. - Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb stairs. - Demonstrated punct 
>ual attendance and reliability. - Knowledge of ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards pertain 
>ing to substance use. - Ability to pass background clearance, including for crimes, fraud, or abuse
