>ient services and needs for a panel of pediatric cardiology patients and providers in the ambulatory 
> setting. His/her responsibilities include both in clinic procedures, managing the Outpatient Heart  
>Center clinic flow as well as assisting with insurance authorization and prior medication authorizat 
>ions, contacting home health companies, assuring DME and other home supplies are adequate, assisting 
> with medication refill requests, patient teaching and assisting in the overall coordination of time 
>ly patient care. This position is 100% in-person onsite. This position support patient care primaril 
>y in San Francisco and as needed in Oakland and satellite clinics.

5Required Qualifications: - Five (5) or more years of recent pediatric cardiac inpatient nursing expe
>rience - Recent experience working in an out-patient/ambulatory setting - Ability to obtain CCS pane 
>ling within a year of hire - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) - Knowledge of Pediatric Congenital  
>Heart Disease - Strong heart rhythm interpretation experience - Strong PIV insertion skills - Experi 
>ence performing Bubble studies - This position requires flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF M 
>edical Center locations. Preferred Qualifications: - Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) - CCS paneled  
>- Experience with an Electronic Medical Record system, EPIC/APeX strongly preferred - Microsoft Outl 
>ook Experience Licensure/Certifications: - Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of C 
>alifornia. - Current ACLS Certification - Current BLS Certification - Current PALS Certification
