5REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Education: Pharm.D degree - Must have at least 3 years of outpatient phar
>macy experience - Must have at least 2 years of Specialty Pharmacy experience or previous exposure t 
>o providing pharmacy support to clinical programs. - Excellent interpersonal skills PREFERRED QUALIF 
>ICATION: - PGY1 Residency in Community-based or Managed Care Pharmacy and/or PGY2 in Ambulatory Care 
> - Pharmacy Managed Care Experience - Second spoken language preferred - Management skills REQUIRED  
>LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Identify all licenses or certifications required by law or UCSF Medical Cen 
>ter policies to perform the duties. - Must possess a current license to practice pharmacy in the Sta 
>te of California - Must be in good standing with the California State Board of Pharmacy.
