 >ychiatric patients and family members in primary care and other mental health settings. May lead in 
 >planning and coordinating the work of a multidisciplinary treatment staff. Assists with short-term t

>ation and policy. The Crisis Response Bridge Clinic (CRBC) is a Bridge program for patients presenti 
>ng to BCH Oakland outpatient clinics and ED with moderate to severe mental health needs. CRBC can as 
>sist with short term (90 days) brief intervention (therapy and medication support) and case manageme 
>nt. The goals of CRBC can include bridging patients to long term care or using brief interventions f 
>or the purpose of stabilization and support. Position is for CRBC Clinician to join this growing tea

t4Qualifications:t3 DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
5MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Master's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience. - Licensed in 4 
>behavioral health discipline. - 3+ years of related work experience - Skill in providing individual, 
> group, and family therapy - Knowledge of applicable laws and ethical standards associated with prof 
>ession. - Basic knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. - Effective verbal and written c 
>ommunication. Demonstrated active listening and persuasion and counseling skills. - Skills in collab 
>orating with interdisciplinary team and healthcare providers. - Knowledge of business software and e 
>lectronic / medical records systems used in behavioral health clinics/ clinical departments. PREFERR 
>ED: - N/A LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: - Licensed in behavioral health discipline.
