> Services Per Diem Pharmacists do not have formal supervisory responsibilities, nor do they have pri 
>mary or consistent responsibility for pharmacy students in clerkships. They have no overall manageme 
>nt responsibility for specific organized pharmacy programs but may have designated responsibility fo

5REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Must have graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy and possess a Do4 
>ctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) or equivalent degree as determined by the National Board of Pharmac 
>y. For graduates in a non-US country or jurisdiction, pharmacists must have earned a Foreign Pharmac 
>y Graduate Examination Committee (FPGEC) Certification as determined by the National Board of Pharma 
>cy. PREFERRED QUALIFICATION - Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD). - Completion of an ASHP-accredited 
> PGY1 Pharmacy Residency, or at least 3 years of inpatient/acute care services pharmacy experience.  
>- Hold an advanced practice board certification (e.g., Board of Pharmacy Specialty certificates, AAH 
>IVP, etc.) - Experience participating in pediatric and adult emergency situations. REQUIRED LICENSES 
>/CERTIFICATIONS - Must possess a current license in good standing to practice pharmacy in the State  
>of California. - Current certification for Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Associat 
>ion.
