>ve care, and patient education. The nurse utilizes an interdisciplinary approach across the continuu 
>m of care with adherence to National Patient Safety Goals set forth by regulatory requirements.  The 
> nurse is recognized and utilized as a clinical resource and demonstrates investment in the overall  
>forward movement of the unit and the organization “The position offers the opportunity to deliver ca

5REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Current Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Pro4 
>vider Card - Two (2) or more years of recent RN adult clinical Oncology Nursing experience - Minimum 
> 2 year of recent outpatient Infusion experience administering chemotherapy/biotherapy within last 3 
> years - Experience administering infusions, pain management, transfusion therapy, hydration, etc. - 
> Knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to this positi 
>on - Demonstrates evidence of basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of complex patie 
>nts such as oncology and a high degree of attention to detail - Must demonstrate observational skill 
>s and the ability to set priorities. Ability to function independently and effectively with shifting 
> priorities and considerable pressure - Must be able to function under stress and with strong interp 
>ersonal and communication skills - Must demonstrate effective skills in applying hospital standards
