>/or adolescents. Under general direction and upon receipt of licensed approved provider written refe 
>rrals, the Per Diem Physical Therapist plans and administers a full range of physical therapy servic 
>es for patients with a variety of physical and cognitive impairments and disabilities. Services incl 
>ude patient evaluations using physical therapy tests and measurements, the establishment of therapeu 
>tic intervention goals and the development of therapeutic intervention programs, and the implementat 
>ion of therapeutic intervention plans utilizing physical therapy interventions, modalities, and proc 
>edures. The Per Diem Physical Therapist maintains all applicable patient records related to the deli 
>very of patient care services. While performing job duties, the Per Diem P.T. may also supervise sup 
>port personnel including Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides. As a member of the  
>clinical care team, the Per Diem Physical Therapist also participates in compliance, quality, safety
