5MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - CSW I: Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, psycholo4 
>gy or related field from an accredited university and knowledges and abilities essential to the succ 
>essful performance of the duties assigned to the position. - CSWII: Master’s degree in social work,  
>marriage and family therapy, psychology or related field from an accredited university and possessio 
>n of the requirements necessary for application for licensure as determined by the California Board  
>of Behavioral Science; and knowledges and abilities essential to the successful performance of the d 
>uties assigned to the position. - Proficient in evidence-based practices and empirically supported t 
>reatments for adolescents and families/caregivers - Demonstrated excellent attendance, integrity. pr 
>ofessionalism, reliability, and timeliness of paperwork duties - Knowledge of the social determinant 
>s of health, contextual, and behavioral health needs of youth on public insurance and their families 
>. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills for dealing with patients, f 
>amilies, advocates, and other health care personnel, as well as subordinate staff. - Computer profic 
>iency in all relevant information systems, applications, and analysis tools. - Bilingual (English/Sp 
>anish) PREFERRED: - Experience working in public specialty mental health settings. - Proficient in E 
>pic electronic health record system and data management - Experience working with populations that a 
>re culturally diverse in gender, sexual orientation, language, disabilities, immigration status, rac 
>e, and ethnicity. - Expertise and knowledge of San Francisco County services and resources for child 
>ren, youth and families - Experience with Medi-Cal and CalAIM changes. - Experience in intensive ser 
>vices (intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and/or inpatient settings) - Evidence of Quali
