>tion Laboratory (CCL) and/or Cardiology Department across all sites. Responsibilities include prepar 
>ing patients prior to radiologic procedures, supporting care during procedures, and providing post-p 
>rocedural care. The RN also assists in the management of patient care during moderate sedation and a 
>nesthesia cases. This role requires a dedicated professional committed to delivering high-quality pa 
>tient care in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to orient and work across all UCSF Medical  
>Center locations.

t4Qualifications:t3 The Registered Nurse (RN) functions as part of the interdisciplinary team caring for patients under
 >going procedures or examinations in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) and/or Cardiology D
 >epartment across all sites. Responsibilities include preparing patients prior to radiologic procedur
 >es, supporting care during procedures, and providing post-procedural care. The RN also assists in th
 >e management of patient care during moderate sedation and anesthesia cases.
5Required Qualifications - Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of combined experience in PACU, ICU4 
>, or CCU, including at least one (1) year of Cath Lab experience - Minimum of one (1) year of direct 
>ly related RN experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology Lab, Interventional Radiology (IR), or Cardiac 
> Catheterization Lab - Minimum of five (5) years of clinical nursing experience or equivalent, inclu 
>ding at least one (1) year of recent critical care experience with demonstrated knowledge of hemodyn 
>amic monitoring - Ability to provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Card 
>iology Department across all phases of care (pre-procedural, intra-procedural, and post-procedural)  
>- Ability to wear a lead apron as required for Interventional Radiology, Neuro Interventional Radiol 
>ogy, and Diagnostic Radiology procedures - Ability to monitor patient condition and vital signs befo 
>re, during, and after procedures - Ability to administer medications and treatments as prescribed -  
>Experience maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and documentation - Ability to collabor 
>ate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care - Participation  
>in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives - Availability to participate in on-cal 
>l and late stay shifts - Knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization procedures, 
> including equipment, accessories, sterile technique, and patient care practices - Ability to provid

>logy patients - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Spec
