>y of adult victims of domestic violence, and equitable access to a neutral space and professional vi

5Required Qualifications; - High school graduation/GED - A minimum of 1-2+ years of professional work4 
> experience preferably in human services or related field (years of education in a social sciences f 
>ield beyond High School will be considered - Knowledge of and experience with trauma-informed practi 
>ces - Experience working with children and/or families from diverse backgrounds - Demonstrable and e 
>xcellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal) in English - Aptitude for conflict 
> de-escalation, limit setting, and conflict resolution - Ability to identify when to escalate situat 
>ions and issues to supervisors and/or senior providers - General PC knowledge and administrative ski 
>lls Required License / Certifications - Live Scan fingerprinting, background checks, and active Trus 
>tLine registration is required within the first 30 days of employment. - California’s Judicial Stand 
>ards 5.20 Training Completion or successful completion of the qualification standard training upon h 
>ire, as soon as the Training is available. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree in Social Wor 
>k, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology or related field. - Fluency in a second language preferred, par 
>ticularly Bilingual/Bicultural Spanish or Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin). - Experience working with fa 
>milies experiencing obstacles or in conflict, primarily domestic violence. - Strong knowledge of chi 
>ld development, child abuse prevention, and child exposure to domestic violence. - Experience with c 
>ase management, human service delivery and/or in a social work setting. - Demonstrable administrativ 
>e skills including database management, typing, and advanced computer literacy.
