4Qualifications:
5Requirements: - High school diploma or GED or equivalent. - Must have demonstrated strong customer s
>ervice skills. - Prior experience in healthcare, insurance-related, or comparable level. - Must be a 
>ble to multitask and prioritize. - Ability to follow instructions; work quickly and accurately in a  
>fast-paced environment. - Must have basic PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, typing 30 w 
>pm. - Articulate and concise oral communication and the ability to write clearly and concisely. - Ab 
>ility to work collaboratively with a culturally diverse staff and patient/family population. - Abili 
>ty to work independently with minimum supervision. - Ability to work onsite in San Francisco – worki 
>ng 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. – Five 8-hour shifts - Sunday to Thursday to include holidays. Preferences: 
> - Two (2) years of recent experience in hospital registration and/or admission procedures. - Basic  
>knowledge of Medical Terminology. - Knowledge of government program regulations, Medicare, MIA, CCS, 
> and other third-party payors.
