>ays in various cell types involved in neurodevelopmental disorders. This role is an excellent opport

>omics. Research responsibilities include mammalian cell culture and maintenance; molecular cloning;  
>affinity purification and proximity labeling experiments; expression of tagged proteins and patient- 
>derived variants; preparation of samples for downstream mass spectrometry analysis; and application  
>of molecular, cellular, and biochemical assays to validate experimental findings. The ideal candidat

5Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biolo4 
>gy, Neuroscience, Chemical Biology, or a related scientific discipline; and one or more years of rec 
>ent, directly related laboratory experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experienc 
>e. - Experience with mammalian cell culture techniques, including sterile technique and routine main 
>tenance of cultured cell lines. - Experience performing molecular biology techniques including molec 
>ular cloning, plasmid preparation, PCR, and protein analysis methods such as Western blotting. - Exp 
>erience preparing laboratory reagents, stock solutions, buffers, and media according to established  
>protocols. - Experience maintaining accurate laboratory records and following established experiment 
>al protocols. - Knowledge of laboratory operations, including inventory management, ordering supplie 
>s, equipment coordination, and laboratory safety practices. - Ability to operate and maintain standa 
>rd laboratory equipment, including centrifuges, incubators, thermocyclers, plate readers, and relate 
>d instrumentation. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple assignments, me 
>et deadlines, and effectively troubleshoot routine laboratory issues. - Strong written and verbal co
