> works closely with practices to support improvement efforts and with various departments across the 
> organization (e.g. marketing, IT) to set strategic goals and develop innovative patient care access 
> solutions. The Ambulatory Capacity Management team supports Patient Care Access by designing, build 
>ing, and managing the scheduling templates of physicians and advanced practice providers. The team p 
>rovides a high level of customer service to ambulatory clinic physicians and administrators. Respons 
>ibilities include adherence to scheduling template design best practices, execution of service level 
> agreements, alignment with UCSF Clinical Systems change control policies, and support of Patient Ac

5REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - At least 1 year of relevant experience - Working knowledge of clinical app4 
>lications systems and functions, including development, implementation, user support, maintenance, a 
>nd system testing and evaluation. - Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly 
> diagnose problems and develop multiple options for effective and timely resolution of issues and pr 
>oblems. - Demonstrated interpersonal and customer-service skills to collaborate productively on a te 
>am and to provide training and support to clinical providers and staff. - Detail-oriented, with demo 
>nstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, set sch 
>edules, and complete projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. - Demonstrated skills in writte 
>n and verbal communications, with the ability to convey technical information to clinical users in a 
> clear and concise manner. - Working knowledge of departmental systems and procedures for documentat
