> are integral to our mission. Practice Coordinator 3 is primarily responsible for representing the a 
>dministrative team as the public face of the Practice and work closely with the administrative, clin 
>ical and management teams to support practice operations and customer service recovery and intervent 
>ion efforts. S/he provides support to all functions of the administrative teams including but not li 
>mited to: CRM messages, telephone encounters, referrals, APeX in-baskets, scanning, filing, authoriz 
>ations, and billing. The PC 3 is responsible for the maintenance of all routine clerical operations  
>and communications. S/he adheres to the UCSF House and Telephone Standards and is sensitive to the n

>ic that sees both adult and pediatric patients and includes Orthopedics, Urology, Otolaryngology Hea 
>d and Neck Surgery, and Audiology.  Our Redwood City Orthopedic team is a part of UCSF Orthopedics a 
>nd is a leading center for advanced musculoskeletal care, offering expert diagnosis, treatment, and  
>rehabilitation for patients with orthopedic conditions. Staffed by a team of renowned faculty physic 
>ians, the practice provides personalized, evidence-based care, utilizing the latest techniques and t 
>echnologies to optimize patient outcomes. In addition to clinical excellence, the faculty is committ 
>ed to advancing orthopedic research, training the next generation of specialists, and improving the

5Required Qualifications: - High School graduate or equivalent with four years related experience; or4 
> college degree and 6 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experien 
>ce - Successfully passes fingerprinting protocol and is approved to be a cash collector if applicabl 
>e - Strong computer skills, including basic keyboarding skills, and experience with at least two Off 
>icetype software programs (i.e., Outlook, Word and Excel). Proven ability to navigate through multip 
>le patient records systems. Able to sit at a computer terminal with telephone headphones for extende 
>d period of time - Ability to analyze situations, prioritizes, and develops solutions and makes reco 
>mmendations - Ability to work with minimal supervision - Ability to use good judgment and work indep 
>endently, at times under the pressure of deadlines - Ability to access situations prioritizes worklo 
>ad, develop solutions and make recommendations - Excellent customer service and communication/interp
