> informed and anti-racist approach. Our Social Workers act as patient advocates by serving as counse

5MINIMUM REQUIRED: 1. Master’s degree from a CSWE accredited school of Social Work. 2. Current Califo4 
>rnia State License of Clinical Social Work in good standing (CSW III). 3. Experience (internship/car 
>eer) in a healthcare, mental health, and/or child protection working with children and families. 4.  
>Experience in crisis de-escalation and trauma informed care. 5. Knowledge and abilities essential to 
> the successful performance of the duties assigned to the position. 6. Demonstrates resourcefulness, 
> effective written and oral communication, diplomacy, and organizational and analytic skills. 7. Sel 
>f-directed, assertive and creative in problem solving, systems planning and patient care management  
>in a high-volume work environment. 8. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with interdisc 
>iplinary teams. 9. Proficient text/pager, telephone, and computer skills including the use of the in 
>ternet. 10. This position requires flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locatio 
>ns. PREFERRED: 1. Experience working with pediatric patients, preferred. 2. Second language, Spanish 
>. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: 1. Current California State License of Clinical Social Work in good stand
