5REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Must have graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy and possess a Do4 
>ctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) or equivalent degree as determined by the National Board of Pharmac 
>y. For graduates in a non-US country or jurisdiction, pharmacists must have earned a Foreign Pharmac 
>y Graduate Examination Committee (FPGEC) Certification as determined by the National Board of Pharma 
>cy. PREFERRED QUALIFICATION • Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD). • Completion of an ASHP-accredited 
> PGY1 Pharmacy Residency, or at least 3 years of equivalent experience in ambulatory care. • Complet 
>ion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 Ambulatory Pharmacy Residency in relevant area, or at least 3 years o 
>f equivalent experience in ambulatory care. • Advanced Board certification (e.g., BPS). • Experience 
> with navigating billing options for pharmacist care. • Experience precepting and evaluating pharmac 
>y learners (e.g., residents and students). REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS • Must possess a current 
> license in good standing to practice pharmacy in the State of California. • Current certification f 
>or Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
