>ients with hematologic and oncologic malignancies. Depending on the assigned shift and site, the pha 
>rmacist may also oversee pharmacy technicians for sterile compounding or facilitate insurance author 
>izations for medications. The pharmacist will also be responsible for the oversight of clinical acti 
>vities, delivery of services, and the Patient Management Program. Oversight of insurance authorizati

5REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) or equivalent degree as determined by t4 
>he National Board of Pharmacy. PREFERRED QUALIFICATION - Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharm 
>acy Residency and/or Fellowship, or at least 3 years of Oncology/Infusion experience. - Completion o 
>f an ASHP-accredited PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency and/or Fellowship, or at least 3 years of Onco 
>logy/Infusion experience. - Advanced board certification (e.g., BCOP). - Operational experience in O 
>ncology and/or Infusion Pharmacy. - Experience in sterile compounding of hazardous and non-hazardous 
> drugs. REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS - Must possess a current license in good standing to practi 
>ce pharmacy in the State of California. - Current certification for Basic Life Support (BLS) from th 
>e American Heart Association.
