>based in the ambulatory or inpatient setting managing injectable, oral, and/or infusion medications  
>for patients with hematologic and oncologic malignancies. Depending on the assigned shift and site,  
>the Oncology and Infusion Staff II Pharmacist may also oversee pharmacy technicians for sterile comp 
>ounding or facilitate insurance authorizations for medications. The Oncology and Infusion Staff II P

5REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) or equivalent degree as determined by t4 
>he National Board of Pharmacy. PREFERRED QUALIFICATION - Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharm 
>acy Residency and/or Fellowship, or at least 3 years of IDS/Infusion/Oncology experience. - Completi 
>on of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 Oncology/Investigational Drug Services Pharmacy Residency and/or Fello 
>wship, or at least 3 years of IDS/Infusion/Oncology experience. - Advanced board certification (e.g. 
>, BCOP, BCPPS, or BCPS). - Operational experience in Oncology and Investigational Drug Services. - E 
>xperience in sterile compounding of hazardous and non-hazardous drugs. REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATI 
>ONS - Must possess a current license in good standing to practice pharmacy in the State of Californi 
>a. - Current certification for Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
