5Required: - Experience with EPIC (APeX) electronic health record system - High school diploma or equ4 
>ivalent with 4 years of related experience; or bachelor’s degree with 6 months of related experience 
>; or equivalent combination - Ability to pass fingerprinting and be approved for cash handling (if a 
>pplicable) - Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability t 
>o navigate multiple electronic systems - Ability to analyze situations, prioritize tasks, and proble 
>m-solve independently in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational, administrative, and offic 
>e coordination skills - Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, and interperso 
>nal skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment unde 
>r deadlines - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and provide patient- 
>centered service - Basic math skills - Knowledge of medical terminology - Ability to sit and work at 
> a computer for extended periods Preferred: - Experience in a healthcare setting (medical, dental, o 
>r veterinary), including scheduling, insurance verification, medical records, or patient financial s 
>ervices - Experience with appointment, ancillary service, and/or surgical scheduling - Bilingual or  
>multilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Cantonese, Russian)
