t4Qualifications:t3 The CSW 3 will support students and community members in and around McClymonds High School as well

5Required Qualifications: - Master’s degree from a CSWE accredited school of Social Work. - Current C4 
>alifornia State License of Clinical Social Work in good standing (CSW 3). - Experience (internship/c 
>areer) in a healthcare, mental health, and/or child protection working with children and families. - 
> Experience in crisis de-escalation and trauma informed care. - Knowledge and abilities essential to 
> the successful performance of the duties assigned to the position. - Demonstrates resourcefulness,  
>effective written and oral communication, diplomacy, and organizational and analytic skills. - Self- 
>directed, assertive and creative in problem solving, systems planning and patient care management in 
> a high-volume work environment. - Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with interdiscipl 
>inary teams. - Proficient text/pager, telephone, and computer skills including the use of the intern 
>et. - This position requires flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations. Pr 
>eferred Qualifications: - Experience working with pediatric patients, preferred. - Second language,  
>Spanish. Licenses and Certifications: - Current California State License of Clinical Social Work in  
>good standing (CSW 3).
