5REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Demonstrates proficiency in the administration, scoring, and reporting of 
>psychological assessments - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work  
>effectively with diverse and sometimes challenging patient populations. - Strong organizational skil 
>ls and the ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure, fast-paced environments - Bachelor’s degree 
> in Psychology or a closely related field and minimum of one year of experience administering and sc 
>oring psychological tests - Strong work ethic and reliability - Ability to perform effectively under 
> pressure - Experience working with the geriatric population PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Master’s deg 
>ree in Psychology or a related field - Licensure as a psychometrist or demonstrated experience in ps 
>ychometrics - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish - Experience administering neuropsycholog 
>ical assessments, dementia rating scales in geriatric populations, and research-related rating scale
