4Qualifications:
5REQUIRED QUALIFICATION - Certification from an approved Medical Assistant program; or equivalent com
>bination of training and experience. - Knowledge and abilities essential to the successful performan 
>ce of the duties assigned to the position. - Current American Heart Association CPR Certification -  
>Minimum of 1 year of recent experience working in a busy health care environment. - Familiarity with 
> insurance verification and authorizations - Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended peri 
>ods of time, with no restrictions for keyboarding. - Strong computer skills, including basic keyboar 
>ding skills, and experience and ability to work effectively in Word and Excel. - Ability to prioriti 
>ze and work efficiently with multiple forms of patient & provider communication including email, fax 
> and phone system. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal skills.
