5REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - High School graduation and two years of related experience or an equivalen4 
>t combination of education and experience. - Demonstrated excellent attendance and reliability. - Ex 
>cellent communication and interpersonal skills. Note: Physical/Health Screening; fingerprinting and  
>background check required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATION - Prior experience working in an acute care and/o 
>r psychiatric hospital setting. - CNA Certification - Current nursing student who has completed a ro 
>tation in an inpatient hospital - Maintains flexibility in relation to patient assignment, shift, as 
>signment and work assignment. REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS - Active American Heart Association C 
>PR certification - CPI Training within 6 months of hire POPULATIONS SERVED Employees who routinely p 
>rovide direct patient care require a statement concerning Populations Served Competencies. Typically
