t4Qualifications:t3 Department Description:
5Minimum Requirements: - Master's degree or doctoral degree in related area and 3+ yrs related work e4 
>xperience; and/or equivalent experience. - Licensed in a clinical behavioral health discipline - Str 
>ong skills in providing individual and group behavioral therapy, behavioral analysis and / or educat 
>ional interventions. - Strong knowledge of applicable laws and ethical standards associated with pro 
>fession. - Strong knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. - Highly effective verbal and  
>written communication. Demonstrated active listening, persuasion and counseling skills. - Strong ski 
>lls in collaborating with heath care providers, PIs and community partners. Preferred: - Knowledge o 
>f business software, specialized applications and EHR systems used in behavioral health clinics / cl 
>inical departments. Licenses/Certifications: - Licensed in a clinical behavioral health discipline
